Consultation To Support Career Changes

Janet and Dan are husband and wife. Both were in the midst of career changes at the time of our consultation. We identified adjustments that they could easily make to their home and home offices that were economical and that would also assist their career shifts.

Janet's changes involved clearing space of things no longer needed, loved or used. In addition, she was advised to create more space in her home office (also a guest bedroom) in order to generate business growth. She did this by replacing a seldom used guest bed with a sofa bed and rearranging her desk so that she has a wide view of the room and a view of the door. In addition, she rearranged her office supplies by storing them neatly in a set of drawers, which created more space.

Dan, on the other hand, was working in an out-dated office. During the consultation he mentioned that the office decor suited him five years ago, but that his mindset had changed. The office no longer suited his needs. Within a 6-week period, Dan painted and wall-papered his office, removed extraneous furniture and cleared away items that no longer served him. Dan was delighted his new office, particularly since he made all of the changes himself. The difference is remarkable, as you can see in the before and after photos below. Dan created the right space to pursue his career changes.
